Sled Dog Adventure and Pan for Gold in the Yukon
Start in town or at your ship for this 4.5 hour adventure. Board our 15 to 25 passenger mini bus to explore the White Pass elevation 3292 feet all the way to the Yukon. With stops to see amazing waterfalls up to 3000 feet tall, Azure glaciers, alpine valleys, snow capped mountains, and huge mountain lakes. Your guide will tell you gold rush stories, lots of history, and information about the plants and animals in this wild and beautiful land. This is your best chance for wildlife viewing in Skagway.
The Sled Dog Adventure takes place in a remote area in Canada. You will get to pet the puppies and learn all about a musher’s life. The dog sled ride lasts about 20 minutes. You will be amazed by the dog’s power, grace, and love for running as you are traveling through the wilderness.
This adventure includes a Gold Panning Demonstration. You'll have a chance to practice some gold panning skills of your own as well. You could find that shiny glitter in YOUR pan!

Yukon Suspension Bridge Adventure
Adventure awaits in Skagway, Alaska and the Canadian Yukon! Take a tour with our knowledgeable driver/guide through the wilds of Alaska and Canada. Travel the steep White Pass on the Klondike Highway where you will see beautiful waterfalls and high mountain peaks. The day begins at the dock near your ship with your driver/guide and a 14 - 24 passenger minibus. A short historic tour of the town is followed by an exciting trip into the wilderness. Multiple scenic picture stops are included on this historic drive. The Yukon Suspension Bridge is situated in the beautiful scenic mountains of Canada. It crosses the Tutshi River, which is the very beginning of the water ways that feed the mighty Yukon River. There are many photo opportunities available as you explore the area which includes information about the history, plants and animals in the area as well as, artifacts and natural beauty. You’ll spend up to an hour at the Yukon Suspension Bridge site, so there is plenty of time to wander or stop at the cafe and gift shop also located on site. Experience one of the most beautiful spots along the South Klondike Highway. No matter the weather, this tour includes an amazing variety of things to do! The return trip is relaxing and includes even more picture stops as time allows. You will end your tour back in Skagway with the option of a stop in town or back at the docks near your ship.
